Production Shift Supervisor

About the role

Key responsibilities

• Execute tasks assigned by supervisors and monitor daily KPI performance (plan vs. actual) and customer delivery adherence.
• Follow standard operating procedures to ensure efficiency and quality in production processes.
• Oversee daily production activities, ensuring smooth operation of production lines and compliance with quality standards.
• Train, mentor, and coach production team members to improve performance and productivity.
• Coordinate with Industrial Engineering, maintenance, logistics, and quality assurance to meet production targets.
• Implement and enforce safety protocols to maintain a safe work environment.

Required profile

• Diploma in Electronics & Telecommunication or an equivalent qualification.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing setting.
• Strong work ethic, willingness to learn, and ability to work effectively in a team.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with PCBA and device processes.
• Understanding of SMT, wave soldering, and EMA product technologies.
• Familiarity with related manufacturing equipment and machines.
