Production Operator / Technician - Compression, Coating & Packing Supervisor

About the role

The company is seeking a Production Operator/Technician to supervise compression, coating and packing operations for oral tablet manufacturing. The role combines hands‑on machine handling with production and manpower planning in a GMP‑controlled environment.

Key responsibilities

• Operate and supervise compression machines, coating lines and packing equipment.
• Perform timely checks and complete related GMP documentation.
• Maintain online documentation and provide on‑the‑job training.
• Monitor output and yield against standard norms.
• Follow SOPs and standard procedures for all activities.
• Ensure proper housekeeping, hygiene and sanitisation of the work area and equipment.
• Plan and manage manpower utilisation.
• Conduct training programmes as required.

Required profile

• 3 to 10 years of experience in oral tablet manufacturing or similar production environment.
• Education: 10th/12th, ITI, B.Pharm, M.Pharm, B.Sc or M.Sc.
• Ability to handle production planning and manpower management.
