Drilling Data Analyst

About the role

The Drilling Data Analyst will support wellsite drilling and workover operations by capturing, managing, and reporting data throughout the project lifecycle. You will ensure daily reporting of well‑site activity, monitor data quality, and collaborate with multiple stakeholders to keep information accurate and timely.

Key responsibilities

• Perform daily reporting of wellsite operations, handling data configuration, loading, quality control, monitoring and troubleshooting.
• Capture data from service providers, client organizations, real‑time sources and various formats using reporting applications.
• Learn and maintain reporting tools, system installation, configuration and issue resolution.
• Coordinate data collection across service companies, clients and real‑time data providers.
• Provide on‑site support, collaborate with project and remote teams, and assist with system upgrades and maintenance.
• Monitor service quality, follow incident escalation procedures and alert supervisors to potential issues.
• Implement data confidentiality standards and IT security policies for data capture, storage, transfer and archiving.
• Maintain HSE scorecards and contribute to safety programs.

Required profile

• Graduation degree in Mechanical, Information Technology, Computer Science or equivalent; higher degree acceptable.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in data analytics.
• At least 1 year of experience in drilling or wellsite data environments.
• Ability to learn quickly, adapt to new problems and communicate effectively with managers, peers and clients.
