Production Operator – Polymer Manufacturing

About the role

Dhenu Industries is seeking a full‑time Production Operator to work on‑site in Ibrahimpatnam. You will operate and monitor machinery that produces high‑quality modified and derivatized natural polymer products for sectors such as textiles, paper, explosives, and oil‑well drilling.

Key responsibilities

• Set up equipment and adjust production parameters to meet quality standards.
• Conduct routine inspections and perform preventive maintenance on machinery.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve equipment issues promptly.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and quality control procedures.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve production targets and improve efficiency.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent; vocational or technical training is a plus.
• Basic knowledge of industrial safety and quality standards.
• Ability to work in a manufacturing environment and handle physical tasks.
• Strong problem‑solving attitude and teamwork skills.
• Previous experience in chemicals or related manufacturing is advantageous but not mandatory.
