About the role
We are seeking an experienced Production Manager to lead the end‑to‑end manufacturing of uniforms. The role combines strategic planning with hands‑on oversight to ensure that every garment meets quality standards, cost targets and delivery schedules.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute production plans that align with demand forecasts.
- Manage manpower, material flow, and equipment to optimise factory throughput.
- Control quality, costs and delivery timelines throughout the production cycle.
- Coordinate closely with merchandising, procurement and quality teams to resolve issues quickly.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators such as yield, waste and on‑time delivery.
Required profile
- Proven experience in uniform or garment manufacturing.
- Strong knowledge of cutting, stitching, finishing, quality control and overall factory operations.
- Demonstrated leadership, planning and problem‑solving abilities.
