Product Owner – Total Rewards Systems (Oracle HCM Cloud)

About the role

The Product Owner – Total Rewards Systems will act as the functional subject‑matter expert for Oracle HCM Cloud modules covering compensation, benefits and global mobility. You will bridge business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver cost‑effective digital solutions that meet policy, compliance and transformation objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the functional SME for Oracle HCM Cloud total rewards modules.
• Lead cross‑functional teams to design and implement annual rewards cycles and other digital initiatives.
• Develop and maintain the strategic technology roadmap for total rewards.
• Create knowledge articles, training material and support routine system and HR audit activities.
• Partner with shared services to automate processes and ensure data integrity.
• Manage Oracle release regression planning, testing and continuous improvements.

Required profile

• Graduate degree with at least 6 years of experience in total rewards.
• Minimum 3 years as a functional product lead on Oracle Fusion HCM/TMS, including compensation and benefits modules.
• Successful delivery of at least one full‑cycle Oracle HCM Fusion implementation in a lead role.
• Strong ability to collaborate with SMEs, define requirements and influence stakeholder adoption.
