Product Owner – RightHub Platform

About the role

Anaqua is expanding its development capability in Hyderabad to accelerate the evolution of the RightHub platform. We are seeking a delivery‑focused Product Owner to act as the day‑to‑day product partner for the local engineering squads, translating strategy into actionable backlog items.

Key responsibilities

• Own and manage the product backlog for one or more RightHub engineering squads.
• Translate roadmap priorities, product requirements and stakeholder input into well‑structured user stories, acceptance criteria and supporting documentation.
• Participate in sprint planning, backlog refinement, daily stand‑ups, sprint reviews and retrospectives.
• Serve as the primary local product contact for developers, QA engineers, architects and technical leads.
• Clarify requirements quickly, remove product‑related blockers and support engineering trade‑offs between value, feasibility and timelines.
• Write clear functional requirements, process flows and edge‑case scenarios; work with QA to ensure test coverage reflects real customer usage.
• Provide context to UX/UI teams around user needs, business processes and desired outcomes.

Required profile

• Strong delivery focus with the ability to turn product strategy into executable plans.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to learn a complex domain quickly and work closely with global Product Managers and leadership.
• Experience with SaaS, enterprise or workflow‑heavy platforms is a plus.
• Familiarity with AI automation using agents is a strong advantage.
