Product Owner - DevOps Practice

About the role

We are looking for a highly technical, execution‑driven Product Owner to lead our DevOps Practice. Based in Bangalore, you will bridge strategic business goals with technical delivery, shaping automated infrastructure, deployment workflows, and continuous integration ecosystems.

Key responsibilities

• Define and champion DevOps strategy, optimizing CI/CD pipelines, automated artifact deployments, and self‑healing infrastructure.
• Collaborate with technical leads to prioritize technical debt reduction, architectural upgrades, and automated testing frameworks.
• Integrate Ansible playbooks and automation patterns into deployment roadmaps for immutable environment provisioning.
• Design robust multi‑cloud sync mechanisms, ensuring data consistency, security, and high‑availability across hybrid environments.
• Own and prioritize the DevOps product backlog, translating business capabilities into clear epics and user stories.
• Lead Agile ceremonies such as backlog grooming, sprint planning, and release planning.

Required profile

• Strong hands‑on experience with modern DevOps topologies and automated deployment strategies.
• Proven ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders and drive alignment between engineering and business.
• Experience working in an Agile environment and managing product backlogs.
