Product Operations Associate

About the role

We are seeking a Product Operations Associate to drive the end‑to‑end implementation of MCC program launches. You will act as the connective tissue between medical, film, translation, engineering and state program delivery teams, ensuring every launch is on time, fully tested and functional for users.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full setup of new program launches across messaging and IVR platforms such as RapidPro, Turn, Exotel, Motor Admin and the internal Orchestrator.
• Validate and consolidate requirements from medical, film and translation teams, manage template approvals and configure campaigns with code‑based settings.
• Design and implement journey logic, conditional acknowledgments and response handling based on program needs.
• Build complete IVR journeys in Exotel, including onboarding flows, campaign navigation and QR‑based onboarding.
• Track incoming program data, maintain data trackers, monitor ingestion and flag data errors on dashboards.

Required profile

• Hands‑on problem‑solver who can dig into platform flows when issues arise.
• Detail‑oriented and able to coordinate across cross‑functional teams.
• Strong organizational skills to ensure launches are delivered on schedule and thoroughly tested.
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment and collaborate with remote stakeholders.
