Product Manager Order to Invoice

About the role

We are looking for a Product Manager to lead the Order‑to‑Invoice (OTI) product within our SAP S/4HANA programme in Hyderabad. You will own the product vision, strategy and full lifecycle while driving delivery excellence and cross‑functional collaboration.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop cross‑functional product teams, fostering ownership and high performance.
• Define and own the product vision, strategy and roadmap aligned with business priorities.
• Manage product budget, resource allocation and investment decisions, ensuring business value delivery.
• Own end‑to‑end delivery for OTI, overseeing release planning, change management and user enablement.
• Act as primary interface between senior business stakeholders and product teams, building strong relationships across Sales, Finance, Logistics and IT.
• Collaborate across the OTI portfolio to ensure alignment, drive AI‑enabled use cases and promote best‑practice sharing.
• Ensure compliance with BASF standards, architecture principles and governance frameworks.

Required profile

• 6+ years of product management experience, including leadership of cross‑functional teams.
• Proven ability to define and execute product strategy in complex enterprise environments.
• Strong people leadership and senior‑level stakeholder management skills.
• Solid understanding of agile frameworks and scaling across multiple teams.
• Experience in Order‑to‑Invoice, Supply Chain or ERP environments, preferably SAP S/4HANA.
• Analytical mindset with ability to steer decisions via data, KPIs and business impact.
• Experience in large‑scale transformation programmes and exposure to AI‑driven innovation.
