Product Manager – Digital Experience (Internal Applications)

About the role

QS is looking for a Product Manager to drive the digital experience of its TopUniversities ecosystem. You will shape how students discover, engage with, and navigate the platform, turning insights into valuable product features.

Key responsibilities

• Own and deliver product initiatives that improve discovery, engagement, identity, and career‑intelligence experiences across the student journey.
• Collaborate closely with Engineering, UX, Data, Marketing and Commercial teams to identify customer problems and validate opportunities.
• Translate validated opportunities into solutions that increase personalisation, profile growth and progression.
• Contribute to the evolution of QS TopUniversities from a collection of digital experiences into an integrated product ecosystem.
• Monitor product performance, gather feedback and iterate to ensure continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Proven experience in product management, preferably in digital or education‑technology environments.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn data and user insights into product decisions.
• Excellent collaboration skills to work across cross‑functional teams.
• Understanding of the student decision‑making journey and higher‑education landscape.
