Product Management Specialist – Business Intelligence

About the role

Mastercard’s Data & Services division is looking for a Product Management Specialist to drive the development and evolution of its Business Intelligence solutions. Based in Gurgaon, you will work with cross‑functional teams to deliver data‑driven insights that help clients across finance, retail, telecom and travel make smarter decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Define and enhance scalable Business Intelligence products tailored to regional market needs.
• Identify trends, patterns and anomalies in large data sets and translate findings into actionable product improvements.
• Collaborate with global product management, engineering and client teams to prioritize development and ensure seamless product integration.
• Support product strategy, including distribution of reporting tools through Mastercard platforms.
• Build trusted relationships with client analysts and managers, acting as a reliable partner for data‑driven decision making.

Required profile

• Proven experience in product management or product specialist roles within analytics or Business Intelligence environments.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to synthesize complex data into clear insights.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across diverse industries.
• Ability to work independently and coordinate across cross‑functional teams.

Required skills

• Experience with Business Intelligence platforms and data visualization tools.
• Understanding of real‑time, anonymized transaction data and its application in analytics.
• Familiarity with product lifecycle management and agile development processes.
