Product Growth Manager – Enterprise FMCG Platform

About the role

Fynd is looking for a Product Growth Manager to own an end‑to‑end enterprise product used by a large FMCG client. You will act as the product owner for the distribution, field‑sales and commerce stack, translating senior leadership priorities into actionable releases.

Key responsibilities

• Define the product vision and roadmap, ensuring every request aligns with the overall architecture.
• Lead conversations with CXOs to capture business requirements and make decisive product decisions.
• Engage daily with field sales officers, distributors and area managers on the ground to validate needs and reconcile them with leadership goals.
• Write specifications, prototype solutions using AI‑assisted coding tools, and collaborate with engineering through build, test and deployment.
• Maintain rapid delivery cadence, meeting enterprise timelines measured in days.

Required profile

• Strong product ownership mindset – you make decisions and defend them.
• Hands‑on technical aptitude; comfortable reading SQL, pull‑requests and running QA checks.
• Ability to operate both in strategic meetings with senior leaders and in the field with end users.
• Proactive problem‑solver who can prototype, test and troubleshoot deployments independently.
