Product Analyst

About the role

We are looking for a Product Analyst to join Noon’s fast‑growing supply‑chain team. You will help shape the Noon Minutes hyper‑local delivery platform by turning data into actionable insights that improve user experience and operational efficiency across the UAE and Saudi Arabia.

Key responsibilities

• Develop deep domain expertise in the squad’s supply‑chain product area to identify user pain points and improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineers, and Operations to analyse business requirements and evaluate feature effectiveness.
• Define and track key metrics, build dashboards, and conduct trend analysis across supply‑chain operations.
• Design and run experiments such as A/B tests to validate hypotheses and optimise product outcomes.
• Perform root‑cause analysis for operational challenges using structured data and user feedback.
• Translate qualitative and quantitative findings into product recommendations.

Required profile

• 2‑4 years of experience in product analytics or a related quantitative role.
• Strong foundation in user‑centered design principles and ability to work cross‑functionally.
• Experience in supply‑chain domains is a strong advantage.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
