Procurement Specialist

About the role

ProcUrPal.in is seeking a Procurement Specialist to join its Bengaluru team in a hybrid work model. You will support the client’s procurement function across sourcing, vendor management, negotiations, purchase processes, e‑auctions and overall procurement operations using an AI‑powered platform.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end procurement activities, including creation and processing of purchase orders.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
• Evaluate, onboard and assess suppliers on performance, quality, reliability and compliance.
• Conduct price and terms analysis and support contract negotiations to achieve optimal value.
• Utilise ProcUrPal’s AI platform to analyse spend data, monitor supplier performance and identify cost‑saving opportunities.
• Maintain accurate procurement records, support audit readiness and contribute to workflow improvements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Commerce or a related field.
• Experience in end‑to‑end sourcing and purchasing processes.
• Proven supplier evaluation and contract negotiation abilities.
• Strong analytical capabilities for cost analysis and data‑driven decision making.
• Experience in technology‑driven or SaaS‑based procurement environments is a plus.
