Procurement Specialist

About the role

The Procurement Specialist will shape and execute the procurement strategy for the Sales market, ensuring a compliant, cost‑effective, and future‑ready supplier base that aligns with H&M Group’s global C&F standards. You will act as a bridge between global strategists, regional teams, and suppliers to drive high‑quality operations across markets.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement the Sales market procurement strategy in partnership with Global C&F Strategists.
• Set, monitor, and report on procurement KPIs, driving continuous improvement and supplier performance.
• Maintain and adapt procurement tools and templates (e.g., LIMA PLANON, RFI/RFP) while ensuring compliance with global guidelines.
• Draft and review procurement documentation with Legal to guarantee alignment with global standards.
• Analyse vendor performance, identify cost‑saving opportunities, and support regional sustainability initiatives.

Required profile

• Degree in Business Administration, Facility Management, Construction, Law or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 3 years of procurement experience, preferably in retail facility or construction management.
• Proven ability to design and roll out procurement strategies in an international, matrix environment.
• Strong negotiation and supplier‑management capabilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with procurement tools such as LIMA PLANON.
• Experience creating and managing RFI/RFP processes.
