Procurement Representative

About the role

Concentrix, a global technology‑enabled business services firm, is seeking a Procurement Representative to own the end‑to‑end Procure‑to‑Pay (P2P) cycle. The role will manage purchase requisitions through to order creation, ensuring compliance and timely delivery of goods and services.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the Procure‑to‑Pay process from requisition to purchase order creation in SAP MM.
• Review and validate procurement requests for completeness and policy compliance.
• Raise, modify and maintain Purchase Orders and process RFQs from approved suppliers.
• Obtain supplier quotations, support bid comparisons and monitor PO lifecycle.
• Track order confirmations, acknowledgements and shipment updates.
• Act as primary point of contact for supplier queries, follow up on quotations and delivery commitments.
• Maintain supplier records, procurement documentation and coordinate with internal stakeholders for issue resolution.
• Collaborate with business users to understand requirements, support planning and provide status updates.
• Ensure all activities comply with company procurement policies and maintain audit‑ready documentation.
• Generate procurement reports, dashboards and spend analysis to support leadership.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Procurement, Commerce or a related field.
• 3‑4 years of experience in operational procurement, purchasing or P2P operations.
• Experience supporting both IT and non‑IT procurement categories is preferred.
• Background in a shared services or BPO environment is an advantage.
