Procurement Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Procurement Manager to lead the strategic sourcing and purchasing activities for Radisson Hotel Group. The role combines financial control, stakeholder collaboration and team leadership to ensure high‑quality products and services that enhance guest satisfaction across our hotels.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day operations of the procurement department, ensuring compliance with company financial processes.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to source quality products, resolve enquiries and drive cost‑effective solutions.
• Develop and implement business strategies, set objectives, measure performance and report results.
• Manage the department’s budget, monitor purchasing performance and recommend improvements.
• Lead, coach and develop the procurement team, fostering a culture of growth and high performance.
• Maintain effective relationships with suppliers and key internal partners.
• Ensure adherence to legislation, conduct audits and document due‑diligence activities.

Required profile

• 7–8 years of experience in a similar procurement role, preferably within the hospitality sector.
• Proven track record in hotel purchasing and problem‑solving.
• Strong managerial skills with a hands‑on, lead‑by‑example approach.
• Commitment to exceptional guest service and passion for the hospitality industry.
