Procurement Manager – HVAC & Cooling Systems

About the role

Refroid Technologies is seeking a Procurement Manager to lead end‑to‑end purchasing activities for its HVAC and cooling system manufacturing operations. You will be responsible for vendor development, cost optimisation and ensuring a reliable supply chain.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Source and purchase components such as compressors, coils, sheet metal, copper, electricals and control systems.
• Identify, evaluate and onboard new local and national vendors.
• Negotiate pricing, contracts and delivery terms to secure best value.
• Coordinate with production planning to guarantee timely material availability.
• Monitor inventory levels, drive cost‑reduction initiatives and value‑engineering projects.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and vendor performance metrics.
• Maintain procurement documentation, MIS reports and audit records.

Required profile

• Experience in refrigeration, HVAC, cooling or thermal‑related industries.
• Strong vendor management and negotiation capabilities.
• Proficiency with ERP/SAP procurement modules.
• Solid understanding of costing, budgeting and analytical techniques.
