About the role
Huron is seeking a Procurement Associate to join its Procure‑to‑Pay (P2P) team within the Global Finance organization. The role supports the entire procurement lifecycle, from purchase requests and vendor negotiations to contract management and spend analysis, helping the company drive value and maintain compliance.
Key responsibilities
- Process purchase requisitions, verify business need, scope, and terms, and move requests through approval, contracting, and purchase order issuance.
- Engage with vendors to obtain quotes, negotiate terms, and ensure purchases align with Huron’s policies.
- Review and negotiate US‑based purchase requests and contracts, maintaining a contract repository using tools such as Excel, DocuSign, Agiloft, and Workday.
- Conduct vendor research, support RFP processes, and evaluate pricing, quality, and fulfillment strategies.
- Collaborate with business owners, contracting, and other functional teams to integrate procurement activities with strategic plans.
- Monitor renewals and ensure timely completion with appropriate lead times.
Required profile

- Experience in sourcing or procurement functions.
