About the role

Enovis is hiring fresh graduates for a full‑time Process Executive – Voice position in Hyderabad. The role is part of the US Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management team and involves handling voice interactions with US insurance companies during night shifts. Candidates will receive structured training and work in a process‑driven environment.

Key responsibilities

Make outbound voice calls to US insurance companies.
Follow up on medical claim status and payments.
Update systems with accurate call and claim details.
Adhere to quality, productivity, and compliance standards.
Work night‑shift hours aligned with US timings.

Required profile

Any graduate (freshers welcome).
Good English communication skills – spoken and comprehension.
Willingness to work night shifts (US timings).
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office).
Ability to work in a process‑driven environment.

Required skills

Microsoft Office (MS Office).
