Process Executive – Voice (Revenue Cycle Management)

About the role

Enovis is seeking a detail‑oriented Process Executive – Voice to join its Revenue Cycle Management team in Hyderabad. You will be the front‑line contact for patients and insurers, handling billing inquiries, claim follow‑ups, and ensuring smooth financial operations for healthcare services.

Key responsibilities

• Answer calls, emails and chats professionally, providing product and service information.
• Resolve patient and provider queries, handle complaints and escalate complex issues.
• Perform end‑to‑end accounts‑receivable follow‑up with insurers via outbound calls.
• Analyze claim rejections/denials, initiate appeals or route unresolved claims to the appropriate department.
• Document all interactions accurately in the billing system.
• Meet and exceed SLA/KPI targets such as productivity, call quality, resolution rate and turnaround time.
• Collaborate with Data, Quality and Client teams to ensure seamless claim processing.
