Process Engineer / Senior Process Engineer – Baroda

About the role

Worley is seeking Process Engineers and Senior Process Engineers to join its Baroda office. The successful candidates will work on on‑shore upstream and downstream oil‑and‑gas and petrochemical projects, delivering engineering services from concept through detailed design.

Key responsibilities

• Manage process engineering services to meet client, statutory and regulatory requirements, on time and within budget.
• Perform conceptual, FEED and detailed analyses and design according to project specifications, design codes and standards.
• Prepare accurate design calculations, reports and procedures; review and approve discipline design basis as Lead Engineer.
• Lead project teams, forecast resource needs and coordinate with other engineering disciplines, planning and project management.
• Resolve discrepancies between Worley and customer requirements and support junior engineers.
• Stay current with technical innovations in process engineering.

Required profile

• Proven experience in on‑shore upstream or downstream oil & gas or petrochemical projects.
• Ability to manage time, lead design activities and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong communication skills with customers and internal stakeholders.

Required skills

• Process engineering design and analysis.
• FEED and detailed design execution.
• Preparation of design calculations, reports and procedures.
• Knowledge of industry design codes, standards and regulatory specifications.
