Process Associate – Voice (Healthcare) – Freshers

About the role
HCL is looking for fresh graduates to join its Healthcare Voice Process team as Process Associates. You will handle inbound and outbound calls for US‑based customers, providing assistance and information related to health services.
Key responsibilities
- Answer and place inbound/outbound calls in a high‑volume voice environment.
- Deliver accurate healthcare information and resolve customer queries.
- Follow scripted guidelines while maintaining a professional tone.
- Achieve quality, productivity and compliance targets.
- Adapt to US shift timings, including night shifts if required.
Required profile
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to work US shift timings and handle both inbound and outbound calls.
- Fresh graduate (any UG/PG degree) – engineering graduates are not eligible.
- Open to flexible shift schedules.
