Process Associate – Voice (Healthcare) – Freshers

About the role

We are looking for fresh graduates to join HCL’s Healthcare Voice Process team as Process Associates. The role involves handling inbound and outbound calls for US‑based healthcare clients, providing accurate information and support to callers.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls and initiate outbound calls in a professional manner.
• Verify caller identity and gather required information.
• Provide timely and accurate responses to healthcare‑related queries.
• Maintain call logs and update systems as per standard operating procedures.
• Adhere to US shift timings and meet quality and productivity targets.

Required profile

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to work US shift timings, including night shifts.
• Fresh graduate from any non‑engineering degree (UG or PG).
• Open to both inbound and outbound call handling.
