Process Associate – Voice (Health Care) – Freshers Walk‑In

About the role

HCL is conducting a walk‑in drive to recruit fresh graduates as Process Associates for a voice‑based health‑care call centre. The role involves handling inbound and outbound calls for US‑based customers, providing information and support in a professional manner.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound health‑care related calls and initiate outbound outreach as required.
• Follow scripted guidelines to deliver accurate information and resolve customer queries.
• Maintain quality and compliance standards while adhering to US shift timings.
• Document interactions in the call‑centre system and update records promptly.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to achieve performance targets.

Required profile

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to work US shift timings, including night shifts.
• Fresh graduates from Arts, Science, MBA, MA, MCom or related streams (engineering degrees not eligible).
• Ability to handle both inbound and outbound calls.
