Process Assistant – Fulfillment Center

About the role

Amazon’s fulfillment centers rely on precise, data‑driven processes to deliver orders on time. As a Process Assistant you will support a shift of associates, ensuring that daily operations meet Amazon’s standards for safety, quality and productivity.

Key responsibilities

• Administer daily shift activities, including associate scheduling and allocation of tasks.
• Monitor associate performance on productivity, quality and safety metrics, providing coaching and guidance.
• Track count status, resolve queue issues and implement corrective action plans.
• Conduct 4M and 5S audits of workstations each day to maintain operational standards.
• Prepare and deliver training and development plans for team members.
• Act as the stand‑in for the Area Manager when required.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least one year of experience using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, manual warehouse environment.
