Principal Analyst – Learning & Development

About the role

The Principal Analyst – Learning & Development will design, deliver and manage learning experiences for employees at AB InBev GCC in Bangalore. The role focuses on end‑to‑end program execution, platform administration and driving adoption through strategic communication, contributing to performance, engagement and a culture of continuous development.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with L&D managers and business leaders to identify and validate learning needs.
• Manage end‑to‑end delivery of virtual, live and blended learning programs.
• Administer the Learning Experience Platform and Learning Management System (Degreed, Workday Learning).
• Drive adoption through engaging communication strategies and track learning metrics.
• Manage external vendors and partners for content development and delivery.
• Monitor feedback, track experience metrics and implement improvements.

Required profile

• 4–7 years of experience in Learning & Development, with proven end‑to‑end program execution.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills in a fast‑paced, multi‑stakeholder environment.
• Ability to analyze learning metrics and provide actionable insights.
• Passion for continuous improvement and enthusiasm for the beverage industry.

Required skills

• Proficiency with LMS/LXP systems such as Degreed and Workday Learning.
• Knowledge of the ADDIE instructional design model.
• Ability to create visual content using Canva or similar design tools.
• Familiarity with learning analytics and metric tracking.
