Principal Analyst – Total Rewards (Bangalore)

About the role

The Principal Analyst – Total Rewards will lead the design, governance and continuous improvement of AB InBev’s employee benefits and recognition programs in Bangalore. You will partner with HR Business Partners, finance, legal and global Total Rewards teams to ensure programs attract, retain and motivate top talent while complying with local regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end design, policy and vendor management for benefits such as creche, EAP and leave programs.
• Conduct market benchmarking and develop innovative, employee‑centric reward solutions.
• Lead vendor selection, negotiations and performance monitoring to optimize cost and service.
• Digitize recognition processes using technology platforms to enhance employee experience.
• Develop and deliver communication strategies that clearly explain total‑rewards offerings.
• Use data analytics and metrics to evaluate program effectiveness and recommend improvements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field; MBA in HRM is a plus.
• 2‑5 years of overall experience with 1‑3 years focused on employee benefits and recognition transformation.
• Strong analytical mindset, stakeholder management and attention to detail.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint proficiency.
• Workday (HRIS) familiarity.
• Data analysis and reporting capabilities.
