About the role

Base 2 Core is seeking a dedicated Primary Teacher (PRT) to join its team in Lucknow. The role focuses on delivering structured, engaging lessons to primary‑level students, reinforcing foundational concepts across key subjects.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, prepare and deliver interactive classroom sessions aligned with the institute’s “base to core” philosophy.
• Assess student progress regularly and provide individualized support where needed.
• Collaborate with fellow educators to ensure consistency in lesson planning and teaching methodology.
• Maintain a disciplined, inclusive, and motivating learning environment.
• Communicate student performance and concerns to parents or guardians.
• Participate in academic meetings, training sessions, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Strong teaching experience with primary‑school students.
• Proficiency in lesson planning and classroom organization.
• Effective communication skills for interaction with students, families, and colleagues.
• Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field; B.Ed or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to create an inclusive, supportive classroom that encourages curiosity and discipline.
