Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager Quality

About the role

As an Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager Quality you will lead quality excellence across Allen Classroom’s business development, counselling and support functions within your assigned zone. The role focuses on improving conversion quality, customer experience and process adherence by leveraging knowledge of Allen’s systems and culture.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary liaison between zonal teams, the Quality Management team and external vendors to ensure a consistent QA framework and audit compliance.
• Monitor and audit BD, counselling and support interactions (calls, walk‑ins, follow‑ups) and generate training needs analysis.
• Identify gaps in conversion journeys, recommend actionable improvements and conduct calibration sessions with BD, operations, counselling and training teams.
• Drive coaching interventions based on QA insights and publish weekly/monthly QA dashboards.
• Ensure compliance with admission policies, documentation standards and conduct dip‑checks, audits and post‑training assessments.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in Quality Assurance, Training or Sales Quality.
• Exposure to high‑volume sales or counselling environments such as EdTech, BFSI, Retail, BPO or Customer Experience.
• Strong understanding of the customer journey and conversion funnel (lead → admission/sale).
• Flexibility for pan‑India travel and relocation, with proficiency in vernacular languages for South and Bengali zones.

Required skills

• Advanced MS Excel for data analysis, reporting and dashboard creation.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Slides, Drive).
