About the role
We are seeking enthusiastic fresh graduates who are fluent in English and passionate about early childhood education. As a Primary Teacher, you will guide children aged 2.5 to 6 years through their foundational learning journey in a Montessori‑inspired environment.
Key responsibilities
- Engage with children aged 2.5 to 6 years in a nurturing and respectful manner.
- Facilitate Montessori‑inspired activities aligned with the curriculum.
- Support children’s emotional, social, and academic development.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and stimulating classroom environment.
- Communicate effectively with children, parents, and staff.
Required profile
- Fresh graduates are welcome (B.Ed or Montessori training is a plus but not mandatory).
- Fluency in English.
- Passion for early childhood education.
- Patience, empathy, and strong communication skills.
- Willingness to learn and grow in a Montessori environment.
