Presentation Designer

About the role

The Presentation Designer will join Medline’s Brand & Creative team to craft high‑quality, visually engaging presentations for internal and external audiences. You will translate complex ideas, data and strategies into clear, on‑brand visual stories that support business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Design compelling PowerPoint and Google Slides presentations that communicate complex concepts effectively.
• Create and maintain reusable presentation templates and custom slide layouts.
• Develop original visual assets such as infographics, charts, diagrams, timelines and icons.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, product development and customer support to ensure messaging alignment.
• Ensure all materials follow corporate brand guidelines and visual identity.
• Support broader graphic‑design needs for marketing, internal communications and digital assets.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
• Provide guidance on presentation tools and best‑practice design techniques.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Communication Design or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience creating and managing presentation templates.
• Strong eye for detail, creativity and ability to simplify complex information.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to handle several projects at once.
• Fluent English (UK) writing; additional European languages are a plus.
