About the role

Join Amazon's modern logistics centre in Poznań as a Warehouse Worker. You will be part of a safe, inclusive team that handles the flow of products from receipt to shipment.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, check, sort and place products on shelves.
• Pick items from shelves, pack orders and prepare them for dispatch.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment, following Amazon’s safety standards.

Required profile

• No prior experience is required; comprehensive training will be provided.
• Open to candidates with disabilities; the recruitment process is fully accessible.
• Ability to work four days a week on site in a fast‑paced environment.

• Hourly wage of 31.50 PLN gross plus up to 15 % attendance bonus (potentially up to 36.22 PLN gross).
