PR, Content & Marketing Associate

About the role

We are looking for a proactive PR, Content & Marketing Associate to own the public presence of our founder and studio. This generalist role blends media outreach, content creation and on‑the‑ground operational support across Delhi, Mumbai and beyond.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the founder’s LinkedIn profile – create posts, engage followers and shape positioning.
• Write and distribute PR pitches, press notes and media outreach for film releases and business milestones.
• Build and nurture relationships with journalists, bloggers and industry media.
• Identify and approach potential collaborators, clients and partners on behalf of the founder.
• Produce marketing assets – social media posts, campaign visuals and outreach copy.
• Travel with or ahead of the founder to Delhi, Mumbai, Meerut and international locations.
• Coordinate vendors, freelancers and logistics for productions and events.
• Track results, report on engagement and outcomes.

Required profile

• 2–5 years of experience in PR, communications, social media or digital marketing within media, entertainment or agency settings.
• Background in journalism, mass communication, marketing or brand management.
• Experience managing a public profile for a founder or public figure.
• Strong writing ability in both Hindi and English.
• Based in Delhi or Mumbai.
