Post Production Coordinator – Mumbai

About the role

Netflix is looking for an experienced Post Production Coordinator to join its Local Language Originals team in Mumbai. You will manage end‑to‑end post‑production workflows for both original and licensed Indian content, ensuring smooth delivery from pre‑production through archival.

Key responsibilities

• Liaise with post‑production teams and IT Production Support to onboard shows and personnel into Netflix systems.
• Support post managers by reviewing schedules, budgets, quotes and workflows.
• Track and manage all post schedules, keeping stakeholders updated on status.
• Set up and manage dailies, cut viewings, and internal creative executive sessions.
• Coordinate post‑production calls, meetings, and collaboration with QC, localisation, and archiving teams.
• Maintain internal databases and trackers, and handle publicity and marketing asset requests.
• Audit delivery of post‑production materials throughout prep, production, archive and wrap phases.
• Engage with vendors and crew partners for surveys and upskilling initiatives.

Required profile

• 8+ years of experience as a Post Production Supervisor, Line Producer, Editor/Associate Editor, or VFX Coordinator/Producer on scripted series or nonfiction projects.
• Proven ability to supervise multiple projects across development to delivery in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong knowledge of current UHD/4K and HDR workflows and post‑production trends.
• Operational proficiency with post‑production tools and an understanding of finishing formats and codecs.
