Porter – Andrews Place

About the role

We are looking for a reliable Porter to maintain the cleanliness and appearance of Andrews Place, a residential property managed by TRG Management. The role involves daily cleaning, basic maintenance, and ensuring common areas are welcoming for residents and visitors.

Key responsibilities

• Clean and polish lighting fixtures, marble surfaces, trim, and other interior finishes.
• Replace light bulbs and perform routine minor repairs.
• Maintain hallways, lobbies, lounges, restrooms, elevators, stairways, locker rooms, and other shared spaces.
• Sweep, mop, scrub, and vacuum floors and carpets; clean rugs, upholstered furniture, and draperies.
• Wash walls, ceilings, windows, sills, doors, and woodwork.
• Transport trash and waste to disposal areas and empty containers.
• Cut and trim grass when required and move small equipment or tools around the property.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
• At least one year of hands‑on experience in cleaning or basic maintenance.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Physical capability to lift and operate heavy equipment.
• Valid driver’s license, good driving record, and personal auto insurance.
