Podcast Producer (Full‑time, Jaipur)

About the role

We are looking for a full‑time Podcast Producer to join our team on‑site in Jaipur. You will own the complete lifecycle of our podcast series, from concept creation to final publication, ensuring each episode delivers high‑quality audio and compelling storytelling.

Key responsibilities

• Develop episode concepts, scripts, and content outlines aligned with our business‑leadership focus.
• Coordinate with guest speakers, schedule recordings, and manage on‑site studio sessions.
• Oversee recording, monitor audio quality, and conduct post‑production editing and sound design.
• Maintain a consistent publishing calendar and ensure timely release of episodes.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to promote episodes and grow audience reach.
• Analyze listener data and devise strategies to increase visibility and engagement.

Required profile

• Proven experience in podcast production, including scripting, audio editing, and sound design.
• Strong project‑management abilities to handle multiple stakeholders and deadlines.
• Excellent storytelling and content‑strategy skills to create impactful episodes.
• Meticulous attention to detail for script proofreading and content accuracy.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Media, Communication, Journalism or related field preferred.
• Interest or experience in business, technology, healthcare, or financial services is a plus.
