PMS & OTA Sales Executive

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic, target‑oriented PMS & OTA Sales Executive to drive business growth by promoting hotel property management system (PMS), OTA management, channel management and related hospitality technology solutions to hotels, resorts and other hospitality businesses.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and generate leads from hotels, resorts, homestays and other hospitality establishments.
• Promote and sell PMS software, OTA management, channel manager, booking engine and related solutions.
• Make outbound calls and conduct online or offline meetings with potential clients.
• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable PMS/OTA solutions.
• Deliver product presentations and demonstrations.
• Follow up with leads via calls, WhatsApp, email and meetings.
• Maintain and regularly update the sales pipeline and lead database.
• Negotiate pricing and commercial terms within company guidelines.
• Convert qualified leads into sales and achieve monthly targets.
• Build and maintain relationships with hotel and resort owners, managers and decision‑makers.
• Coordinate with implementation/operations teams for client onboarding.
• Maintain follow‑up with existing clients for renewals, upgrades and additional services.
• Identify upselling and cross‑selling opportunities.
• Monitor market trends, competitor offerings and hospitality technology needs.
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly sales reports and keep accurate records of activities.

Required profile

• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Strong sales and business development skills.
• Good understanding of the hotel, resort, PMS, OTA and hospitality industry.
• Ability to engage with business owners and senior management.
• Target‑oriented, self‑motivated and able to work independently or in a team.

Required skills

• Basic knowledge of CRM systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience using email and WhatsApp Business for communication.
