About the role
Go Rewise is seeking a Plant Operator to ensure the smooth operation of a designated production line within its recycling facility. The role focuses on maintaining process parameters, guaranteeing product quality, and supporting overall plant efficiency.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain continuous, trouble‑free operation of the assigned production line.
- Perform quality checks at various stages of production to meet standards.
- Monitor and uphold defined process parameters throughout the shift.
- Collaborate with management and team members to achieve production goals.
- Participate in safety initiatives and ensure safe operating practices on the shop floor.
Required profile
- 3‑5 years of experience operating production equipment in an industrial setting.
- Diploma, B.Sc. or equivalent technical qualification.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and follow standard operating procedures.
