Plant HRL Lead

About the role

The Plant HRL Lead will drive employee experience initiatives, change management and industrial relations for Bosch's manufacturing plant in Jaipur. This senior HR position partners with senior leadership to shape policies, improve trust, and ensure seamless business continuity.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee policy development and communicate employee experience programs across the plant.
• Champion change management initiatives to enhance organizational trust.
• Design and implement progressive employee and industrial relations strategies, including long‑term wage settlement plans.
• Develop and execute business contingency plans while managing the industrial relations agenda.
• Maintain zero mandays lost due to IR issues.
• Envision and build a sustainable workforce model aligned with a fast‑changing business environment.
• Lead organization design and manpower planning for long‑term effectiveness.

Required profile

• Proven experience in employee experience, change management, and industrial relations.
• Strong ability to engage and influence senior leadership.
• Track record of developing workforce models and organization design.
