Planning Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Planning Manager to lead scheduling activities for our infrastructure and construction projects in Udaipur, Rajasthan. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating, monitoring and controlling project timelines, ensuring that all milestones are met on time and within budget.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using MS Project or Primavera P6.
• Monitor progress, identify critical paths and update schedules accordingly.
• Prepare baseline, recovery and look‑ahead schedules.
• Coordinate schedule information with engineering, procurement, construction and billing teams.
• Produce progress reports and visual dashboards for stakeholders.
• Conduct delay analysis and ensure compliance with project milestones.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in planning and scheduling for infrastructure or construction projects.
• Ability to join immediately or with short notice.
