Pizza Maker

About the role

We are looking for a dedicated Pizza Maker to join our Mumbai kitchen. You will be responsible for preparing and cooking pizzas to our brand standards, ensuring high quality, consistency, and presentation for both dine‑in and delivery guests.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare dough, assemble toppings, bake and plate pizzas according to brand specifications.
• Maintain food quality, consistency, and visual presentation.
• Follow hygiene, safety and sanitation guidelines at all times.
• Manage stock rotation, ingredient storage, and kitchen inventory.
• Coordinate with kitchen team, handle order tickets and support peak service periods.
• Interact with service staff and, when needed, guests to enhance the customer experience.

Required profile

• Strong food preparation and cooking skills; pizza or bakery‑style experience preferred.
• Knowledge of basic kitchen processes, hygiene standards and safe food handling.
• Prior experience in a restaurant, QSR or commercial kitchen is an advantage.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Attention to detail, reliability and ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment.
• Basic educational qualifications; culinary training or certification is a plus.
