Picker and Packer – eCommerce Warehouse

About the role

We are looking for a meticulous Picker and Packer to join our eCommerce warehouse team. In this full‑time position you will ensure that customer orders are accurately selected, packed, and shipped while keeping inventory records up to date. The role is essential for maintaining high levels of order accuracy and customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Pick items from inventory and pack them according to customer orders.
• Verify product codes and quantities to avoid discrepancies.
• Address any order‑related issues quickly and efficiently.
• Conduct daily inventory counts and record stock levels.
• Participate in periodic stock audits to ensure inventory integrity.
• Perform other warehouse duties as assigned.

Required profile

• Minimum intermediate level education.
• At least 1 year of experience in eCommerce order picking and packing.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel for data entry and simple formulas.
• Ability to read and write in English.
• Full‑time availability for the shift 11 am – 8 pm, Monday to Saturday.
