Pharmacy Benefit Management Manager (US Healthcare)

About the role

Mercer is looking for a Pharmacy Benefit Management Manager to join its Health Operations team in Noida. This hybrid position requires at least three days a week on‑site and focuses on US pharmacy benefit projects.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the compilation of data and financial analysis for mid‑size and large pharmacy projects.
• Manage scope, quality, and timeliness of multiple client deliverables for US pharmacy benefit plans.
• Support financial analysis, partnership with actuaries, and funding reviews.
• Assist in drafting Summary Plan Documents for US employers.
• Maintain client trackers, market check reports, renewal negotiations, and onboarding documentation for pharmacy collectives.
• Develop and maintain evaluation models using medical and pharmacy claim data.
• Organise and sustain databases for employer clients and industry vendors.
• Provide RFP response support and collaborate with offshore pharmacy team members.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and automate workflows where possible.

Required profile

• Experience in pharmacy benefit management or related consulting.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to handle complex financial and contractual data.
• Proven project‑management capabilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively with US‑based pharmacy teams and offshore resources.
• Willingness to work in a hybrid model from Noida.
