Pharmacist – Skin & Hair Clinic

About the role

We are seeking a qualified Pharmacist to join our fast‑growing skin and hair clinic in West Hyderabad. You will be responsible for dispensing medications, managing pharmacy inventory, and ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements while supporting the clinical team.

Key responsibilities

• Accurately dispense prescribed medicines and provide clear dosage instructions to patients.
• Maintain proper storage conditions, including cold‑chain handling for temperature‑sensitive products such as Botox and dermal fillers.
• Monitor inventory levels, expiry dates, and perform stock rotation; flag low‑stock or expired items and coordinate re‑ordering.
• Keep detailed records of controlled and scheduled drugs in line with Telangana State Pharmacy Council regulations.
• Coordinate with doctors, therapists, and front‑desk staff to ensure product availability for procedures and support billing.
• Maintain purchase, sales, and stock registers and prepare documentation for regulatory inspections.

Required profile

• D.Pharm or B.Pharm degree.
• Registration with the Telangana State Pharmacy Council.
• Prior experience in a clinic, hospital, or retail pharmacy (preferred).
• Good communication skills in English, Telugu, and Hindi.
• Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory‑management software.
• Strong attention to detail, honesty, and ability to work under pressure.
