Pharmacist – Prescription Filling & Patient Counseling

About the role

We are seeking recent BPharm, MPharm or DPharm graduates to join our pharmacy team. In this position you will ensure safe and accurate medication dispensing while providing essential counseling to patients.

Key responsibilities

• Fill and dispense medication prescriptions according to prescriber instructions.
• Counsel patients on proper medication use, potential side effects, and answer treatment‑related questions.
• Check for drug interactions and allergies to protect patient safety.
• Maintain up‑to‑date records of dispensed drugs, patient information, and consultation notes.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses and other healthcare professionals to develop comprehensive treatment plans.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of pharmaceuticals, drug interactions and pharmacy regulations.
• Excellent communication skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Ability to work accurately under pressure in a fast‑paced environment.
• Commitment to continuous learning and skill development.
