Pharmacist – Premium Residential Pharmacy

About the role

Join a pioneering residential healthcare network that provides reliable medicine access, prescription support, and doorstep fulfillment across premium communities in Mumbai. As a pharmacist, you will work on‑site to ensure accurate dispensing and exceptional customer service for residents.

Key responsibilities

• Verify prescriptions and dispense medicines accurately.
• Handle walk‑in and WhatsApp order requests.
• Assist customers with medicine availability, refills, and urgent requirements.
• Maintain pharmacy compliance, documentation, and stock records.
• Coordinate with delivery riders for doorstep fulfillment.
• Track inventory, manage substitutes, and support daily store operations.

Required profile

• Registered Pharmacist with a valid pharmacy registration.
• Prior retail pharmacy experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of medicines, prescriptions, and customer handling.
• Comfortable using basic digital systems, including WhatsApp for order processing.
• Responsible, punctual, and service‑oriented.
• Preferably based in Mumbai.
