Pharmacist – Pharmacy Operations & Inventory Management

About the role

We are seeking a highly skilled Pharmacist to join our Chennai team, focusing on pharmacy operations and inventory management while delivering exceptional patient care.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain accurate records of pharmacy inventory, including ordering and stocking of medications and supplies.
• Develop and implement inventory management systems to minimize waste and optimize stock levels.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless delivery of patient care, including medication therapy management and patient education.
• Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
• Provide exceptional customer service to patients, families, and healthcare professionals, responding to inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Stay up‑to‑date with the latest developments in pharmacy practice, new medications, treatments, and technologies.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy from an accredited institution.
• 1–5 years of experience in a pharmacy setting with a strong background in pharmacy operations and inventory management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment with high accuracy and attention to detail.
