Pharmacist – Patient Care & Medication Management

About the role

We are seeking a qualified and motivated pharmacist to join our healthcare team. The successful candidate will deliver high‑quality pharmaceutical care, ensure safe medication use, and support patients in making informed health decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Dispense medications accurately according to doctors' orders while adhering to safety guidelines.
• Provide clear counseling to patients about drug usage, potential side effects, and proper administration.
• Maintain precise inventory records and manage stock levels to avoid shortages or excess.
• Collaborate closely with doctors, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to develop comprehensive care plans.
• Monitor patient outcomes, track responses to therapy, and adjust prescriptions in coordination with the care team.

Required profile

• Degree in pharmacy or related fields (e.g., BDS, B.Pharma, B.Sc, B.E, BVSC).
• Strong communication skills for effective interaction with patients and healthcare providers.
• Excellent attention to detail to ensure dispensing accuracy and patient safety.
• Team‑oriented mindset with a collaborative approach to patient care.
• Commitment to continuous learning and staying updated on pharmaceutical advancements.
